Restaurant: breakfast, lunch and dinner in buffet formule. Drinks inclusive (1/4 wine or soft drink and ½ water per meal) The stay begins with the dinner of the arrival day and finishes with the lunch of the departure day.
Baby 0-3: free of charge, meals included,cots (if required, to be paid on arrival € 50 weekly).
Note: one room for 4 people: minimum 3 whole quotation or 2 whole quotations +2 with reduction;two double rooms: 3 whole quotations + 1 with reduction.

Newly-weds and Seniors (65 years old): 10% discount in periods A,B,C, (not to be combined with other offers).
Long holiday: 10% discount for minimum 2weeks-stay in periods A/B, not to be combined with other offers.
Period “A” and “B”- *3/8 free, 3rd bed in shared room(3 people), 4th bed in shared room (4 people), 5th bed in 2 double rooms. Single + child (aged 3/8 years): 1 quotation and one half in periods A,B.

Advance booking: 10% discount for reservations executed by the 15 May. You can't combine this offer with others.

Accommodation: Type A room for 2/3/4 people and 2 double rooms for 4/5 people, all in new-built houses, equipped with fridge, TV, ventilator, bathroom with hairdryer ( some of them are with cooking area outside on the veranda), 300m from the beach, and some of them are with sea-sight.

Rooms type B, renovated and new furnished in 2002, with a patio and a shared terrace. Distance from the sea: 500m.

Description of Apartments

From Saturday to Saturday in all periods, from 18:00 pm of the arrival day to 10:00 am of the departure day.

TYPE A:

new-built apartaments, all on ground floor, with ventilator, hairdryer, fridge, TV and cooking area outside on the veranda. Distance to the sea: about 300 meters.
Bed linen is included, but towels are not included. You can require it in reception with an additional cost of 6 euro per person.

One shared room apartment for 2 or 3 people (mq 12,00): a bedroom and a possible third bed.
Two rooms apartment for 4 people (mq 28,00): a bedroom and a living room with double sofa bed, possible 5th bed in one of the two rooms
Two rooms apartment for 5 people (mq 30,00): a bedroom, a living room with double sofa bed and an additional bed.

TYPE B:

apartments with cooking area inside. Distance to the sea: about 500 m.

One room apartment for 2 people (mq 13,00): a bedroom with cooking area, on the ground floor.
Two rooms apartment for 3 people (mq 16,00): a bedroom, a living room with cooking area, on the ground floor.
Two rooms apartment for 4 people (mq 23,00): a bedroom, a living room with cooking area and two beds or bunk-beds on the first floor with a balcony, some of them could be with an attic in the living room with one or two beds.

To be paid on arrival:

Weekly: € 50 for one room apartment for 2 and 3 people; € 60 for 2 rooms apartment for 3/4 and 4/5 people; € 80 for 2 rooms apartment for 5 people, for bills ( cold and hot water, electricity, gas ) and bed linen. Bath-towels and kitchen-towels are not available.
Final cleaning: € 35 for one room apartment for 2 and 3 people; € 45 for 2 rooms apartment, excepted the cooking area. ( The cooking area must be cleaned by guests; if the cooking area isn’t cleaned, deposit of € 50 will not be refunded.
Club Card: the club card is obligatory, you must pay it on arrival,€ 28 weekly, (children 0-4 years free of charge).
Deposit: to be paid on arrival € 130 (refundable)

Daily rates: You must leave by 10.00 am. After this time You must pay for the next day.
